This fast growing, evergreen climber (up to 5 metres) with dark, shiny leaves will produce masses of long sprays of deep purple flowers in spring. A hardy, frost resistant plant which grows in any soil with good drainage in a sunny to half shady position. Beautiful container specimen or for covering pergolas and fences. Not to WA. 30 seeds
Sowing Instructions
Use sandpaper to slightly damage the seed shell, cover with boiling water and leave overnight. Plant in single pots the next day. Keep moist and warm at 20˚C. Transplant when 150-250 mm high.
