Refunds are offered for items that don't meet quality standards or intended purpose. We'll replace or refund items shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
Germination and Growing Conditions:
For germination issues or non-conforming plants, contact us to discuss potential refunds or growing issues.
Seed germination and plant growth are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, such as temperature, humidity & moisture levels, seed raising media, light exposure, pests, diseases, other environmental conditions and how you have been storing the seed. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and manage these factors.
Please contact us if you have germination issues so we can determine if there is something that the gardener may be doing better. We undertake regular germination tests on our seed, however, occasionally germination rates can drop off rapidly. We will re-do germination tests if we believe there is an issue.
