Brassica oleracea (capitata group)

A sweet pointy headed cabbage that produces a head 1–1.5 kg in size. It is a fast-growing sugarloaf variety with a versatile/long sowing period. The inner leaves have a sweet & mild cabbage flavour, which are tender and crunchy so it can easily be eaten raw in slaws or as a lettuce substitute. Also used cooked or in ferments such as sauerkraut. 30 seeds.
