Young peas cooked or raw have a sweet, succulent taste ~ even their young shoots are delicious! This prolific variety is a cool weather crop and should be sown in intervals of 3 weeks for long supply from early spring until late summer. Peas do not need extra feeding but do like moist, limey soils and good watering. 1 Pkt = 100 seeds.
