Also called Bok Choi in Cantonese these delicious chinese vegetables form tight rosettes of deep green leaves with broad white, crisp stalks. A fast growing annual for the warmer months, best suited to fertile soil with plenty of watering, it will be ready to eat in five weeks. Great for stir frying. Treated seed (thiram). 500 seeds
