This stunning Himalayan perennial produces large, sky-blue, papery flowers with prominent yellow stamens. The oblong, matt-green, basal foliage is deciduous and requires partial shade. Needs constantly moist, fertile soil, free of lime and protection from hot weather. Recommended for cool/cold areas only. 35 seeds.
